Send and request money.
Send to a member
Enter the recipient's Z Pay email address, the amount and the currency. They are credited straight away and get a notification. Money moves between wallets of the same currency.
Check before you send
Before anything moves you see the recipient, the amount, the fee and the total, and you confirm. Transfers cannot be undone automatically, so double-check the email address.
Payment requests
Asking a friend to pay you through the app is not built yet. For now, create a payment link or share a payment code, and they can pay from any device.

Adding a short message to a transfer is not available yet.

Pay businesses.
Payment links
A business sends you a link. Open it, check who you are paying and how much, then pay. No account is needed to pay.
Payment codes
Got a short code instead of a link? Type it on the Z Pay payment page and you land on the same checkout.
QR payments
Scanning a QR code at a shop counter is not built yet. Ask the business for a link or a code.
Track payments.
Transaction history
See your transfers, funding, withdrawals and payments in one list, in the sandbox and in live mode. Search by transaction ID, type or wallet.
Receipts
When you pay through a payment link, an emailed receipt is sent to you with a receipt number.
Downloadable statements
Download your wallet history as a CSV file that opens in any spreadsheet.

Identity verification
Live mode, where real money moves, opens after we verify your identity. Until then you can use the sandbox freely.
Two-step verification
Add a code from an authenticator app each time you log in, with recovery codes in case you lose your phone.
Payment alerts
Get a notification and an email when you receive money or a withdrawal is decided.
Account recovery
Forgot your password? Request a reset link by email. You can also see where you are logged in and sign out other devices.

What if a payment fails?›
You are not charged. Money only leaves or enters your wallet once a payment is confirmed. If something still looks wrong, send us the transaction reference from the Help page.
Can I get a refund?›
Refunds are issued by the business you paid. They refund the payment from their dashboard and our team returns the money through the payment provider.
Can I undo a transfer to another member?›
Transfers are instant and are not reversed automatically. If you sent money to the wrong person, contact support straight away and we will help.
