Using Z Pay
You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your password and any API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Sandbox and live
Sandbox money is play money and has no value. Live mode moves real money and is available only after we verify your identity.
Fees and limits
Fees and limits are shown in your account before you confirm a payment, transfer or withdrawal. Withdrawals are paid out after review and can be declined; if so, the money and fee are returned to your wallet.
What you may not do
Use the service for anything unlawful, to defraud others, to launder money, or to sell prohibited goods. We may freeze a wallet or suspend an account while we investigate suspicious activity.
Refunds and disputes
Merchants are responsible for refunds on their payment links. Contact the merchant first, then us at no-reply@okao.site.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
